2010 – 2014

Implementation of ideas from Leo Tilman’s book, Financial Darwinism, about positioning for the new world

Leo Tilman and General Charles Jacoby meet, start working with clients, and write the book Agility, in a global environment of complacency as warnings of emerging global black swan events. How they came together >

2019 – 2024

Implenentation of Agility with leading companies and investors. Powerful extensions are added, including strategic risk, leader’s intent, and war gaming.

1999 – 2004

One of the first SaaS software platform allowing the
largest global corporations to manage billions in
human capital spend using big data analytics.

2004 – 2012

Brian Owens was responsible for $200M in new client contract value with Fortune 100 clients including Disney, ESPN, 3M, The Gap, Macys, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Wachovia/Wells Fargo, John Hancock among others.

2013 – 2016

CEO (PointAcross) managed leveraged buy-out of SaaS platform (Goldmail), increased sales 212%, reduced costs by 46%, doubled ARR (Brought in by investors to turn around company)

2017 – 2024

Our tech leaders founded a groundbreaking SaaS platform, Illumination Health, that transformed patient outcomes and clinical research through data-driven care and predictive insights.

2024

Tilman & Co. joins with tech leaders and Agilion is formed and rapid development of C.H.U.C.K.TM AI begins.
